The office is nice and so is the Orthodontist but what really makes this office special, in my own opinion and experience are the employees. Amber was phenomenal and then she moved, was very bummed when this happened but then we discovered Athena and she is MY SAVING GRACE! I absolutely adore her and would recommend everyone have their kids see HER. She is very sweet, knowledgeable and FANTASTIC with my teenager, which if you have one you get it! She absolutely NAILS PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME! She has saved us when wires have shifted into his cheek causing facial swelling and she is also been quick when our appt time ran behind, again she reads the room and is a fixer and I appreciate that in those moments. I cannot PRAISE her enough!!! We will miss her when my son's time with braces are done. She is what makes the office special, and I hope the Doctor realizes how special of an employee she is. WE LOVE YOU ATHENA!!!!

Our experience so far with Dr. Ehrmantrout and his team have been positive. His practice is efficient and the atmosphere is set up with children in mind - which I appreciate. His team is really responsive and scheduling from the initial exam to adjustments has been easy. I also appreciate the flexibility in location.

We absolutely love Hawks Prairie Ortho! They have been following my daughter since she was about 6, to evaluate for early intervention needs. At 8.5 she got her first pair of braces and is doing so well. We have only ever received tremendous care from the front desk, to the back office and Dr Ehrmantraut. When my daughter first got her braces on she was so scared and the tech (?) did a fabulous job of explaining the process and showing her the tools so the my daughter was much more relaxed. We absolutely recommend them to everyone! Edit- we had an urgent brace concern on a Friday morning and HPO was AMAZING! Their communication via the emergency line/text was phenomenal and they got us right in and got it fixed. 10000% recommend!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Ehrmantrout’s office. My daughter is 8 and she’s had a lot of success with Invisalign! The staff are so friendly! Our consult covered all of my questions before I could even ask them! The process was transparent, with options offered, and informative. I felt very confident starting our Invisalign journey. My daughter had a great experience too as the staff explained step by step what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Ehrmantrout to anyone who is considering any pediatric orthodontic work! Both my daughters love ending the appointment with an ice cream, yes, they let little sis pick out a sweet treat too! Overall very clean, very friendly, and very informative so you feel confident every step of the way!

Third time around. Our daughters went here for their braces and Dr. Ehrmantrout and his team did an amazing job helping our daughters to correct underbite and alignment of their teeth. We were very grateful. 😊 Now, our son needs help for his underbite and we have the confidence in Doctor Zach and his team that they will do a great job again. They do an outstanding job supporting the military community. 🫡 We as a family enjoy their waiting area especially the kids zone or the game room🥰 they do have also free coffee and water and magazines. The clinic is clean. The front desk always great you with a welcoming hello. 😇
